Currently we have two 1Gb connections coming in that are redundant between two 3825's. We average about 30Mbs in and 110Mbs out. We're looking into going up to 10Gb but it isn't required. And of course, "no one has been fired for buying Cisco" but it doesn't have to be Cisco. It just has to be enterprise level, no ubiquity or microtik.

The circuit is connected to a Cisco 2821 Router. Reading the Routing Performance sheet from Cisco, it looks like the 2821 Router will do 170,000 PPS and 87.04 Mbps Max. So, I'm guessing if I want to be able to utilize the whole 100Mbps circuit, I'm going to have to upgrade the router.
